Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S.!

For shipments outside of Canada and the U.S., buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Ontario St is not responsible for these charges or any delays due to customs processing.

Attention U.S. Buyers:

All orders ship DDP (duties prepaid) to avoid any surprise fees. 

Attention EU Buyers:

We have currently suspended shipping due to new packaging regulations. We hope to resume shipping if possible once the new requirements are clarified.

Pick up & Local Delivery:

We are currently online only and do not have a pick up option, however, if you need an item sooner please get in touch and we will do our best to make it happen. Local hand delivery within Toronto may be accommodated.
