Antique small French Fleur-de-Lis plate, circa late 19th to early 20th century.
Hand made and hand painted with blue trim and text which reads 'Lannion' above the central fleur-de-lis. Lannion is a historic town in Brittany, France.
Numbered on base. Unknown maker, similar to pieces by Quimper.
Has crazing, some flea bites and a small chip on the underside of the rim (see last image).
