Unmarked. Likely made by New Hall in Staffordshire, England.
Hand painted with floral sprays and pink fish scale detailing.
There is an imperfection in the glaze at the base of the interior of the cup. Minor superficial scratches. No chips or cracks. In fantastic condition for age. Please refer to images.
