Absolutely stunning antique early Moorcroft pomegranate miniature bud vase.
The pomegranate design was introduced by Moorcroft in 1910 and quickly became their most successful, remaining in production until the late 1930s. The deep blue mottled ground seen on this piece, became dominant by 1916 and during the post war period.
Impressed marks on base "Moorcroft" "England".
Crazing throughout. No chips or cracks. Excellent condition for age.
