Antique Rockingham pottery mixing bowl, circa mid-19th to early 20th century.
Footed bowl with subtle embossed fluting on the exterior and a flared rim.
Mottled Rockingham brown glaze.
Unmarked.
Likely North American origin. Sourced in Ontario.
I currently have two of these bowls available - please see my other listings! This one is the larger of the two. The smaller nests nicely inside this one. They would make a great pair.
Wear consistent with age. A couple minor chips to base and rim. Crazing throughout. Some loss of / wear to glaze in some areas. Please refer to images.
