Copeland Spode Tower Blue Salad Plates

Vintage Copeland Spode's Tower blue transferware plates, circa mid 20th century.

Gadrooned rims.

Set of 2.

The Spode's Tower pattern was first introduced by Spode around 1814. The impressed marks on these plates indicate a production date of Sept 1957.

Made in England.

Stamped and impressed marks on base.

Wear commensurate with age. Some minor staining around the rims. Both plates have one small chip to the underside of the rim (see last image).
