Vintage Oud Delft blue and white ceramic dish / plate.
Original purpose was likely a meat dish with strainer / drain at the centre. The original ceramic piece that would have fit in the centre is missing, but this leaves the perfect spot for plating a small food dish. It also works well with a flower frog or would look great on a wall.
Hand painted mark on base indicates a production date sometime between 1940 - 1968.
Made in Nijmegen, Holland.
There is one small chip in the rim of the dish (see last image) and two chips in the foot of the base (see second last image). Some other very minor nicks in glaze (see third last image). Overall, in great vintage condition.
