Vintage Italian ceramic plate by Elio Schiavon & Gunter Erhart, circa 1960s.
Vibrantly hand-painted with bold stylized floral motifs in rich tones of teal, ochre, black, red and green. The plate features a softly scalloped edge, a subtly textured glaze, and painterly brushwork that reflects Schiavon’s signature style.
Marked Schiavon Erhart on the reverse and retains its original sticker.
A small but striking piece, ideal for display or serving.
In excellent vintage condition apart from two very minor flea bites out of the foot of the plate. Has two holes for hanging on foot.
